Superbalist staff are clueless, unorganized, unprofessional and ***********

Superbalist was supposed to deliver my order on the 2nd of May. At the end of the day a staff member called and notified me that the order was sent to the wrong delivery branch and that they are sending it to the correct branch and it will be delivered on the 3rd of May. On the 4th of May I phoned them and the agent told me that she is rescheduling my order to be delivered today the 5th of May. On the order progress it shows that delivery is scheduled for today but has not even left the branch yet. I had phoned them on their support line and they just cut the call while you in are the queue. What is the point of having staff members for support if they are of no help at all. If I had known that Superbalist had such terrible service, I would have never bothered ordering from them in the first place.
