Superbalist sold me **** product and refuses refund - POOR service from Sylvia

I bought Elizabeth Arden eight hour cream from them,a product I have used for over 3 years. What I received is clearly not authentic. The colour, texture and smell are completely different from the original I buy from Edgars.I have been trying to resolve this via email with someone called Sylvia, and honestly I cannot even tell if Sylvia is a real person or a robot. I get generic copy-paste responses hiding behind "cosmetics cannot be returned". This is NOT about me changing my mind. This is about you selling me a product that is not authentic and not of acceptable quality. Superbalist is refusing to refund my hard-earned R400 including delivery. What must I do with a counterfeit product?
