Superbalist smelly items and lack of feedback

I ordered items online during Black Friday - I ordered quite a lot of items that came in different boxes (more or less 5 boxes that came at different times). One box specifically was meant to have my MAC make up and a playsuit instead there was no Make up and I received tights that smelled like cigarettes and someone’s bodily odour. I logged my query and a reversal immediately after opening my package and only received a reversal for the playsuit which I returned. I am still waiting on feedback for the make up - the last correspondence was received and I provided them with my address and over a week and nothing has been done.
