Superbalist = slow, inaccurate, faulty and missing items. What’s the point?

I have had COUNTLESS problems with superbalist over my last 3 orders - don’t bother shopping online anymore they’re incredibly disappointing. 1. They cancelled 8 of my items (all of a sudden have no stock) 2. Of these cancelled items I’m still waiting for a refund (have to wait over 10 days) 3. I made a separate order for a pair of high heels for a wedding, waited over a week for them, called the help centre for them to tell me the truck was hijacked (no communication with me) and that I’ll have wait another week for the shoes - obviously not getting them for the wedding. 4. The straw that broke the camels back of the order I received my items are missing.

I’ve called the help desk 3 times explaining the situation and I’ve been told to “wait”

They will never be on par with asos!
