Superbalist Should Cut Ties With MRD Express

On the day of the delivery, I received an SMS saying the courier, MRD Express, was unable to deliver because of my unavailability, I accepted that because I was fetching my son from school at the time they said they tried to deliver. I was then informed that the delivery would be done on the 1st of August, I made sure that I was at my given address the whole day, still the delivery was not made, only for me to receive an SMS after 5 saying I was not available for the second day. Today, in the morning, I phoned Superbalist and specifically asked that the driver contact me when they are making the delivery so that we would not cross paths. The excellent fashion consultant who assisted me even sent me an email to confirm that he had contacted MRD Express to arrange for the driver to contact me. I never received a phone call from the driver, only an SMS stating that they tried to deliver but nobody was available at my address, which I made sure that there was someone waiting for the package all day today. When I phoned to inquire why the driver had not contacted me, I was told that the courier company does not deliver to the area where my residence is. Not only is this inaccurate to state that the area is unsafe for couriers, it is also very ****** to suggest that a township with a Xhosa name is automatically dangerous. I have had so many packages delivered to my house by countless couriers and not one of them has ever been ****** in this area. The driver that was supposed to contact me never did, even after the courier confirmed, through Superbalist, that the driver was heading to the FNB branch in town and would rather meet with me there. I find the lies and the ****** undertone of the courier company, MRD Express, very annoying and off-putting. I can't see myself doing business with an establishment that enriches lying ******s!
