Superbalist shockingly terrible service - Beware

I cannot understand how companies spend millions to advertise instead of addressing shocking service and complete incompetence.

I ordered a desk online and it was delivered without *****s to assemble. I received on Tuesday the 11th December an I was initially thrilled about the speedy service. However , what i have since experienced is absolutely shocking. After I called on the Thursday and the Friday 14th after logging a return on the Tuesday , the desk still has not been collected and I still don't have my money returned. I have called yesterday again and the agent,Chulu Konana promised me that she would call me back by 2pm. This didn't happen. I have called again this morning and she was supposedly on another call and all senior managers are in a meeting.

This is completely unacceptable , that now i have to spend on my much deserved break chasing up on *********** companies that are allowed to continue advertising and cannot deal with trying to resolve terrible service. I have given the company ample opportunity to resolve the issue amicably , however i am totally frustrated at this point and just never want to deal with them again. I just want my money back and they must fetch their desk. I am so done.
