Superbalist... Service Failure

I placed an order and was advised that delivery will be done on the 23rd April however I received a message stating that delivery will be done today 18th April by 17:00. I emailed and rescheduled the time for 15:00 as I am unavailable thereafter and my company is closed. The delivery arrived after I left and was signed by a stranger! I have already paid for the item. Shocking and pathetic service... I wasn't even contacted. I now paid for something I don't have!
