Superbalist service delivery - much to be desired

I placed an order with Superbalist, after scheduling a delivery date they tried delivering and weren't successful. They rescheduled the delivery for 21st dec after waiting all day for the delivery, I recieve an email stating my order is cancelled due to inability to deliver. The issue: no attempt was made by courier company Mrd to deliver. No one came to deliver. Upon trying to reach Superbalist I waited 19min with no answer. I wrote on their FB wall to which they responded and basically said nothing can be done as it was returned to the warehouse because delivery couldnt be made... well of course delivery wont be made of your inefficient courier service doesnt even show up to deliver. Shocking, unreliable and useless service delivery all around. There was no attempt by their staff to rectify the situation or assist me in any way to solve their mistake or take accountability.
