Superbalist sent a worn shoe to customer

I would like to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my purchase from Superbalist website. We purchased a pair of sneakers on 20 May 2021 and the delivery was available for collection from N1 Midrand Bridge on 21 May 2021. Upon opening the box we realised that we have been sent a completely used shoe. We have taken photos to prove this case, the one shoe even has a piece of gum attached to it and the inside and outside of the shoe show that the shoes have been completely worn. There was no price tag or paper stuffings inside or attached to the shoe. We have followed protocol and sent a request for a refund via Superbalist website. May you please ensure that we get a response in this regard as this is not in line with health and safety requirements especially in times of Covid-19. This has been a real scare and health hazard to our family.
