Superbalist ****s me again

I ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago, although I normally wear xl, the jackets was small and damaged at the seams. I returned it, it took them 2 days to Collect, another 3days to tell me that they will send the replacement, only a week later (eventhough I ordered and paid for next day delivery. After wondering why my order was not delivered, I see it has been canceled by them and the money I paid has disappeared aswell. What a ****
