Superbalist's couriers saga continues - now parcel that was picked up cannot be found!

<p>After the saga of the parcel that could not be picked up due to the useless courier that Superbalist uses, now I get a call from someone asking me if the parcel was ever picked up because they don't have a record of it!! I wrote exactly because I never received a notification of the parcel being picked up by the couriers or anyone so I wanted to follow up and guess what? The parcel has vanished! You are the DISGRACE of internet shopping and continue to deal with useless couriers. I now demand my R 1,200 back because this is just completely gone crazy!!</p>
