Superbalist Running shoes never again

I purchased running shoes via the app. Gave my shoe size. Received the shoes and immediately noticed it is the wrong shoe size. Requested a exchange. Returned the shoes without an exhange of shoes. 10 days later received the same incorrect shoe size. Unbelievable! Requested a refund. Hopefully this wount take 10 days to receive. So frustrating and will never use them again.
