Superbalist ruined our Christmas

I placed an order on superbalist on the 07 December 2021, which upon delivery the was a small box with one item out of the whole order. The delivery guy called me in the evening to say that the delivery was bungled and he had to take back the rest of the undelivered items to the warehouse so that a new order can be dispatched. Then on the 14th I sent an email which was responded to by user agent; Marthe. D, who said they'll look into the matter. To date they haven't resolved the matter, moreover I've been sending several emails which are disregarded and ignored. I even called the call centre but nobody seems to care. This order consisted of Christmas presents for my children who are now miserable and sad because of people who are not doing their job. This oders status on the app says it has been delivered. I smell a rat.
