Superbalist robs & entraps customers

Superbalist robs and entraps their customers, and then ignores your emails when the conversation gets tricky.

If I could give fewer than 1 star I would. Definitely would not recommend ever using their services considering how sketchy their so-called policies are.

I spent over R3000 on a Superbalist order and used a voucher valued at R450. I then returned one item valued at R750 as it didn’t fit well. I requested a refund but Superbalist decides to reimburse me via the Superbalist wallet, enforcing me to spend my money through only their business. Their excuse is that it’s due to me have used a voucher that is over 6X less the value of the total, and just over half the value of the returned item. And when I queried this excuse in terms of consumer’s protection and customer rights, I failed to get any insights.

Just don’t use Superbalist - it’s not worth the pain they put their customers through.
