Superbalist returns policy contrary to the Consumer Protection Act

I am highly disappointed with Superbalist's clothing online returns policy. It is not in keeping with the Consumer Protection Act. There is no warning that items of clothing ordered are non-returnable, as a result of being end of range items. I have been caught out twice now and will no longer be ordering through Superbalist online. Their pictures of certain items are also misleading and sizes too small and not of a consistent international standard.
