Superbalist return policy

I recently purchased sneaker that I received and left shoe was dirty but didn't mind that. but then I tried them on and they didn't fit i.e. UK7 left like UK6. Then sent them back, seamless process but then the warehouse stated that the item is not in a re-salable condition, Left shoe returned dirty when originally was received dirty.

But it's fine I will not be shopping there anymore and would discourage anyone after this bad experience.
