Superbalist Return Nightmare: All they do is LIE!

I wish I could give Superbalist a zero-star rating because they truly deserve it! My recent experience with this online retailer has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a dress and it didn’t fit me, so I decided to initiate a return. That’s when the real trouble began. The return process seemed straightforward at first , but it quickly turned into a never-ending loop of frustration. Once I finally managed to request a return , I was given a glimmer of hope when their “helpful” online fashion assistant scheduled a collection date for my items. But there’s where the deception started. Despite receiving confirmation smses with the collection date and the infamous “before 5pm” timeslot , no one has ever showed up to collect my return. In desperation, I reached out to their customer service via email and phone multiple times. To be fair , the fashion assistant who responded was polite and seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. They rescheduled the collection several times , promising that it would definitely happen this time. But it never did! It’s been over a week, and I am still stuck with this item that I don’t want. Superbalist’s inability to follow through on their promises and their failure to collect my return has left me disappointed and frustrated. I expected better from an online retailer that claims to prioritise customer satisfaction. Instead, I got a headache! Save yourself the stress and avoid Superbalist at all costs!
