Superbalist Return

I placed an order on Superbalist and returned one of the items on 11 May 2021. That's close to a month now. They said that they would refund me in two payments. They refunded me R228 but to this day, I cannot get the balance of R41 refunded. They do not respond to any of my emails or online customer support requests. The wait to speak to customer care support telephonically is ridiculously long. Poor service..doubt I will buy from them again.
