Superbalist refunds

I bought clothes last year December for my child .... I did not receive them because of wrong address they say, yet I only recieved one item out of about 10 from their delivery. Now I have to get back the remaining balance for non delivered items and I asked to receive funds into my Capitec account..... They returned funds into my superbalist wallet not Capitec after calling and emailing so many times confirming my Capitec account details for refund. I don't know what to do now ....it's been so long
