Superbalist refund policy is the pits!

The refund process at this store is frustrating! When I logged a return I clearly indicated that I want funds to be refunded to my bank account. When I followed up, I was told that store credit was allocated to my account. Again I asked for this to be rectified. I was asked to produce my banking details! When I followed up on my return today I was told that I have been allocated store credit! What the hell is it going to take to get my refund, which I logged weeks ago!!!
