Superbalist refund

I ordered clothes from Superbalist, didn’t like the material and logged a return and refund. It was approved, received a message from Superbalist that it was approved and the refund would occur in 3-5 days. Received all notifications that refund was processed even and even received R239.00 back but not the R1160.00. Called many times and all I get is the transaction history of refund not the actual proof of payment. I called my bank as instructed by Superbalist and my bank confirmed there is nothing pending nor is there a hold on my bank account and the onus is on Superbalist to ensure that the money didn’t bounce back into their account. They keep saying they refunding my credit card, something I don’t have. You can’t speak to someone in finance only customer service by which feedback is always a transaction history of refund. According to Superbalist, the refund was actioned on 05/04/2021, it is now the 20/04/2021 and still no funds reflecting in my account. I will never purchase from them again
