Superbalist rat **** and pee

If I was able to give 0 starts I would.

These people are unprofessional and rude.

I bought shoes and they delivered shoes that were dirty, full of **** and pee from rats, the paper inside the box was chewed by rats, I exchanged the shoes well on time but they re taking forever to deliver to me again and they want to come on days when I am not available at my address.

I am also unable to refund because they are hoarding my purchase.
