Superbalist Poor Service

Superbalist gave me a wrong impression about them On the 11th of May 2020 I paid for an item then I received an email saying that they could not processed the order for because the payment was not received, funny the my is deducted from account. It looks like they are selling items that are out of stock.

I tried to return the email but it says their inbox is full my email was not delivered, funny the money is deducted from my account.
