Superbalist poor service

I'm so highly dissapointed at superbalist. I ordered a pair of expensive Diesel sneakers in December 2018 and I received a wrong item I did not order. Imagine! It was festive I wanted the sneakers for a special occasion only to receive a pair of saggy pants I did not order. I called them to make them aware of the negligence caused. I told them how bad I need those sneakers but all they say is a simple "sorry for the mistake" imagine? while at it, I requested they should send my sneakers as soon as possible and they sent me a mail telling me the sneakers are out of stock. I'm so ****ed at the poor service I got from them. They claim to be a good online platform but they failed me. I am now waiting for them to inspect the wrong item they sent to me so that I can get my refund back. The wrong item I got costs tripple less from what I ordered. Imagine waiting for 5-10 working days for inspection and refund for an item that is not yours. Superbalist team, you failed me big time. You could'nt stand the festive work pressure of orders to an extend that you just pack and delivery without confirming with the customer's invoice. I'm never buying from you guys again, NEVER.
