Superbalist poor return response

I'm really disappointed with the service I received from Superbalist. I ordered a pair of shoes off their site from public desire. I knocked the door and the entire leather of the shoes **********. For shoes that cost R600 this is just very disappointing. There is also glue that is sticking out of the stitching which looks terrible. I messaged Superbalist and was told there is nothing they can do about this. I usually love Superbalist and shop on it almost every day (have literally spent half my savings on superbalist) but this made me very frustrated that a R600 for a pair of shoes that I can only wear once is disappointing. The glue sticking out of the shoe as well.
