Superbalist - Poor customer service and Selling of poor quality furniture

I have purchased the Alva desk and pedestal together with the Sora Chair. The products were of an inferior quality and broke while assembling. The items were picked up and I have not yet received my refund. The level of service I have received is poor from Superbalist.

In my opinion the furniture that is sold is of a poor quality.
