Superbalist pathetic service & theft of R2600

I ordered a boot from Aldo online on their app.The first time they sent the wrong ordered , I tried to complain in order for it to not happen again or to other customers.It was a diabolicaa failure.Their customer service department is so *********** & inefficient & completely unreliable. I responded on the Superbalist delivery update ecplaining that the item they delivered is not what I ordered , I attached the picure of what they delivered to the order updat from superbalist which has all the details of my order.I have 3 different agents from their customer service responding ftom I assume 3 different shifts reuesting picture & order number, evrrything which was already supp****. I was so frustrated i just logged the refund & purchased the item I wanted again.To my horror they did the same thing over, sent the same incprrect pair of boots. I sent an email immediately copying in the Director of Superbalist Mr Cohen , to date nobody has even attempted to contact me. Absolutely pathetic service.My concern is how do you do this twice over.How does your warehpuse operate. Your customer service is non existent. I paid R2600 for an item I never got ...and nobody contact me
