Superbalist Pathetic Service and lack of competence

I placed my order on Friday after 2pm for delivery the next day. There was an option for next day with an extra cost of R60 which I paid. Waiting for the delivery on Saturday nothing came through. Call centre isn't available on weekends. Monday morning - Spoke to an agent after 8am - who promised to get back to me and never did. Call back at 10am to be put through to someone singing the same song 5 times telling me they dont deliver on a Saturday and I must wait for the next Saturday for delivery. On hold for more than 30 minutes for a manager and the call dropped from their side.

I cant understand the option for free delivery was for the Tuesday after I placed my order yet I paid an extra R60 for delivery the next day.

Now if I cancel my order I must wait for more than 3 working days for my refund to reflect.

This is highly inefficient and frustrating and someone from their office needs to contact me today!

Pathetic staff etiquette and complete incompetence. No chance of going above and beyond to fix the issue A total waste of time to purchase from them
