Superbalist - Pathetic client service

Pathetic client service!!! I had to call about 10 times to speak to a team leader about my problem. When I eventually got someone to put me through to a team leader, they kept my waiting on the line twice for seven minutes each time, even though I explained that I have been on the phone, calling repeatedly to try and speak to a team leader. The experience left me frustrated and upset.
