Superbalist offers poor service

My order number - ***9 I bought a jeans on the 09/05/2021. It was a Diesel Jeans. They send me the wrong size, at r struggling to get a hold of them for some time I finally managed to exchange it for the correct size but... They still sent a wrong size! I mean to mess up the same order twice already! This is really pathetic and no one seems to help. I will not shop at this store again.
