Superbalist not to be trusted

I bought a pair of Guess jeans from Superbalist, thought Guess should be good quality and save to buy online. After the third time I wore the jeans they tore at the pockets. I stitched the pockets to strengthen them, because I liked the jeans and am not a difficult customer. But the very next time I wore the jeans the just tore at a different place, making them irreparable. Superbalist states that you can return faulty items within 6 months, but they rejected my return and refused to give my money back, just saying they are sorry for the inconvenience. I will not trust them again. Online sellers should be extra trustworthy.
