Superbalist? NOT superb

Terrible customer service and return of broken product made extremely difficult by superbalist. Promises to pick up twice not kept and wasted my time . They do not value their customers time and effort to be available for delivery. No idea if they ever pick up how long I will wait for my replacement..Not ordering from them again.
