Superbalist NOT Super

I logged a return. The courier rescheduled all the time. Eventually there was confusion at the coffee shop (the pickup point) and the wrong courier collected the parcel. I contacted Superbalist to tell them there is a mix up (about 10 emails). Eventually the courier returned the parcel. I emailed Superbalist again and ask them to collect the parcel. Then they told me I didn't return it within 30 days. Its totally dissapointing. I've been shopping there forever...
