Superbalist not so Superb!

Ive purchased a paid of shoes that don’t seem to fit. After numerous calls and online chats, they had promised to fetch the item and refund me. I chatted to Zayd who promised it would be sorted last Monday. Still waiting, prior to that it was supposed to be collected the week before (Thursday) when I asked why it was not collected, there was mention that no one was at home which means that the consultant or the courier is being dishonest, as I made sure someone was at home. Why not call me if they struggled to get a hold of someone at home, no attempt at calls or emails hence it’s a **** and bull story! Please pay me what’s owed, very easy to buy, but try returning. Wow! What a mission!
