Superbalist not so super

When you order, you receive you parcel in a few days time, but do not try to return it. I am struggling for 15 days now to get the return back to the warehouse. And this is NOT THE FIRST TIME!! On a previous order the return was cancelled, because of the time lapse. It was not my mistake, the courier never showed up. It was my loss. The service is really dissapointing!!!
