SUPERBALIST NOT SO SUPER!!!

<p>Last night (23/04/2017)I ordered a pair of shoes from superbalist.com and requested next day delivery (24/04/2017)which I was charged an extra R40.00 for. I was so impressed with the choice of next day delivery that I had no problem taking out the extra money.</p> <p>Today I began my day by checking how far my order was to bring processed and everything was moving at a good pace. At around 10:30 I checked the online store again and found that my package had been dispatched which had me even more impressed. </p> <p>At 14:50pm I received an SMS from superbalist letting my know that my package would be delivered before 17:00pm. </p> <p>I waited in anticipation for my pacakage which NEVER ARRIVED!!! </p> <p>17:30 I emailed cumstomer concierge to lay my complaint. I was answered my a long email which gave me a reference number and told me that I would be contacted in 1 working day!!!! </p> <p>I am so disappointed as this was my first time shopping on superbalist.com and it is not a good start for a first time impression. </p> <p>I hope my shoes come tomorrow BEFORE 17:00 and that I will not be charged the R40.00 </p>
