Superbalist not deliverimg

If I could give it zero stars I would, ordered a package from them on Monday 21 June, delivery schedule said it will arrive on Friday 25 June, kept tracking the package through takealot delivery team which just kept saying it was in transit, phoned takealot delivery team on 25 June at 15:00 to see where the driver was as the package was a gift for someone on the 26, Take alot delivery team told me it was in transit and will arrive before 17:00. Waited at the delivery address till 18:00 and nothing. Received an email from delivery team at 17:15 that they will follow up with Superbalist as they dont know where the package is, Saturday 26 June I tried phoning Superbalist, phones say you must email due to covid, emailed and still no response, called delivery team again and a very friendly lady told me it says on the system the package got lost in transit on the Thursday and superbalist will make a new order and send it, they will escalate it to superbalist so I can get a new order number and tracking number, guess what superbalist still has not answered my emails and sent me a new order number let alone informed me the package went missing they will send another one. Absolutely ****.
