Superbalist no insight!

Pathetic service. The business does not reply to complaints so it say a lot. My husband placed an order for next delivery as it was urgent before we left on holiday. All the items were delivered except one. Called Superbalist to find out what happened and telling the consultant my husband account, she makes me verify all his details and the says sorry he has to phone himself as it’s against the “POPIA” not sure how or if they even know what the POPI act refers to but she she refused to tell what happened to item.So a third person has access to all my husbands personal I information but yet me asking about where an item is, is against the POPI act. I asked her which section in the act and she recites act 4, have no clue what is act 4. Proceed to tell her I don’t want any personal information of my own husband and the circumstances as to why he cannot himself contact them but refuses to listen. Ask to speak to the manager and I’m told they too busy, told her not putting the phone down until I do, Waited for more than 15 minutes and the line drops, phone back and same women says the line just dropped. Someone comes onto the phone who was suppose to be a manager but is questionable stating how it’s against the POPI act to tell me what happened to the item, again I ask which section - can’t tell me - the whole act apparently. Quick to mention the POPI act but yet clueless on what it encompasses. At this point it’s beyond frustrating and clearly these people have no insight, I asked what is their legal counsels number and I’m told they can’t divulge such information probably against the POPI act as well. Anyway superbalist just *****s peoples money and don’t have any accountability they use big terms but have no idea what it means. The matter is currently being taken up further.
