Superbalist /no exchanges

I am highly disappointed in the customer service of Superbalist that my brother received. He purchased perfume, BVLGARI Goldea to the value R1200 , The Roman Night on sale by them 2 weeks ago. He tried doing an exchange as he purchased the incorrect one. Now he understand it's on sale and the terms and conditions on sale items, but he does not want his money back, he merely wants to exchange or be credit a voucher, ect, but they do not want to do any of these things. He payed alot of money for this perfume for them not exchange it at least. Rather disappointed as he is a very regular customer doing purchases on this site. His order number is ********** . I also spoke to Kiyaam at Superbalist, but no luck. He would appreciate it if he could at least just exchange the perfume for the correct onem
