Superbalist nightmare online shopping experience

I made an order on superbalist at the start of November and there was an item missing when I enquired about the missing item they told me said item is out of stock

1.Why was the item clearly listed if it was out of stock? 2.Why did they accept payment for the item if it was out of stock?

I've been corresponding with service agents for about a month now by corresponding I mean chasing after them and getting a response days later!

They assured me my refund has been processed but the money has not reflected on my end

Can someone tell me why I'm running after such a huge company for R174

It doesn't make sense
