Superbalist nightmare

I have been a Superbalist and Spree customer eversince they opened shop. I have never received such appalling service. I bought items from them online on the Black Friday weekend and they were supposed to be delivered to my home address where there is always someone at home. Instead fedex delivered the parcel to the wrong address. It has taken a month of me sending emails to Superbalist, and fedex submitting false reports of rectifying this error that is taking its toll on me. Every time I send an email to Superbalist I get a different person who sends a boring generic email but the issue never gets resolved. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, and for a refund but I get told the same thing “We will speak to the courier”. After a few days “The courier says they have delivered the parcel to you”. So I am a ****!

I will never buy from Superbalist again, but I want my money back!
