Superbalist Never Keep Promises

So after going to the Takealot collection point in PE to "prove" that I actually hadn't received my parcel and the staff admitting that they handed my parcel to someone else without properly identifying them, I wanted my money back. After making the call to their call centre to cancel the order, the manager at the PE collection point, Heather if I still remember her name correctly, guaranteed that if I accepted a re-order, she would personally deliver it to my house, since they were responsible for my parcel not reaching me in the first place. The re-order was made, the would-be delivery date was Monday, 12th August. Unsurprisingly, my parcel still did not arrive, I phoned Superbalist the next day, only to be told that my parcel was with a third party courier, Skynet, and they would deliver my parcel today, Wednesday, 14th August. At the time of writing this review, my parcel is still not with me. Nobody from the PE office has even bothered to contact me
