Superbalist Negligence

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Superbalist. I ordered a pair of size 7 shoes for a wedding I must attend. When my package arrived, It was a size 5 instead. When I requested an exchange, they said the shoes were sold out. I am not happy because when I ordered my size was available as a result I bought a matching outfit. They made no effort to solve my problem. I was instead offered a refund.
