Superbalist - Most pathetic, unreliable online store in SA

I will never order from this pathetic online store again. Worst customer service ever. There was a missing item in my order and they refused to refund/ replace the order. Stick to Zando. Highly disappointing. I've been regularly ordering for the past three years. Well, there's plenty other online stores out there. Its not my loss, it's their loss. It's actually a pity that they bought over spree, since spree was doing a way better job than them.
