Superbalist missing parcel, no credit for 2 weeks now!

For as long as I can remember I have been ordering from Superbalist. ****erally at-least 4 x month). I have also been using the same business address since I started buying from them. About 2 months ago I had two experiences where I had shoes eating by rats along with rat faeces and urine in shoe box followed by a dress delivery which was stained and stank like rat urine. This time however I ordered a carpet for R1599 on special and guess what still no delivery!!!! Every single day I am following up and Superbalist tell me they are looking into the matter. I am fed up!
