Superbalist miscommunications with delivery

I have had a generally good experience with Superbalist, but I was severely disappointed in my latest encounter. My order which I was looking forward to having for the long weekend was cancelled because my contact details were not updated as requested numerous times. I informed the delivery department that my number was captured incorrectly a day before scheduled delivery as I knew that this will result in failure of delivery. The concierge told me my ticket was rectified and showed the updated ticket. Only for the delivery to fail countless times again despite me calling and mailing them every time I saw that delivery has failed. I’m so inconvenienced because I ordered in time for the long weekend. I’m very upset with this. And when I called the call center they were not helpful.
