Superbalist makes false promises

Three days of waiting for my package to arrive from said arrival date. Each day I called and I was promised my package would be delivered that day. Their *********** staff couldn't give me any solutions or possible date of arrival. When asked for the couriers details I was not even given a way for me to contact the courier myself was simply told "they don't have the number and although they could look on the internet they can't"
