superbalist keeps my money

Bought goods in November 2022. Sent some back before 30 days expiry date. Received email for credit. Did not receive my credit yet. My bank and Superbalist blame each other for the fault. Did not receive my money. 6 months has passed. R780 is maybe not a lot for this kind of company, for me its a lot of money. Will not be using their service again.
