Superbalist it’s a ****

This is the worst I will never heal from. Last year December I ordered a sneaker for my little sister for Christmas and when the sneakers arrived I got a size 7 croc dupe. When I returned the shoes, it was returned back claiming that they don’t have that shoe on their warehouse. Now I don’t know if it’s the driver or the company and I used to be a loyal customer of superbalist now I can’t trust them anymore. My little sister had a Christmas without shoes even today I still have to crocs dupe.
