Superbalist item not delivered

I ordered three items from Superbalist on June 3, 2024. The order confirmation stated the items would be delivered by June 5. However, the delivery did not arrive on time. I called the call center on June 5, and it took 10 minutes for my call to be answered. I was told they would call me back that evening, but I received no feedback.

The items finally arrived on June 7, but since I was on my way to work, they were left with security. When I picked them up, only two of the three items were there. I called the call center again, and this time it took 15 minutes to get through. The agent who answered sounded unhappy, and I could hear a child crying in the background. My call was abruptly muted without any notice, and I was left waiting in silence for several minutes.

I understand that people have challenges, but it would have been better if the agent had communicated the issue. Despite sending two messages online, I still haven't received any feedback regarding my missing item. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be purchasing from Superbalist again.
